interpack celebrates 50 years
22/04/2008This year’s interpack, however, is really special for another reason: the tradeshow is celebrating its 50th anniversary! Reason enough to take a look back into its history and times long gone by. What did things look like back in 1958? Who were the founders of the interpack and what inspired them?
This year’s event includes a special exhibit in Hall 7 that provides answers to questions such as these. Exhibitors and visitors are just a few hours from traveling to the industry event that attracts the world of packaging every three years. One fact has already been established: This year’s event will be the largest interpack ever. Both exhibitors and visitors will definitely enjoy the additional space available thanks to the newly included Hall 8b. As a result, the interpack 2008 will occupy 19 halls, representing the full capacity of Düsseldorf’s fairgrounds.
