Rexam produces custom bottle for Avon launch

Packaging manufacturer Rexam has produced a custom pump and bottle combination for Avon's Anew Ultimate Age Repair Elixir. The SP343 lotion pump is made at the Rexam facility in Le Treport (France) with the custom PP actuator and collar being moulded and vacuum metalised in Shanghai (China), where the complete pump is assembled.

The two-part bottle is also being made in Shanghai and comprises an inner, injection-blown PP bottle with a Snap’On neck and a clear moulded PCTG outer bottle gold-sprayed on the inside and silk-screened on the outside.
