Axel Greiner sole CEO

Boris Greiner will leave the Greiner Group Board of Directors for
personal reasons, effective 1 September. The company based in
Kremsmünster/Austria further announced that Dr. Axel Greiner
will take over the interim management of the Group. Lead by Dr. Axel
Greiner and Boris Greiner, the family-owned company saw the most
successful business year in its history in 2007. The Greiner Group
had been managed by the two cousins since May of 2001. In 2007, the
company says it exceeded a billion in sales and revenues for the first
time.
